Returns & Refunds Policy

Your 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with original packaging and all tags still attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval Comes First

Every return must be approved before it is sent back. Please do not mail items to us without approval; parcels that arrive without an approved return request may be refused.

After you write to us, our team replies within 1–2 business days with your instructions and a free prepaid return label. Return shipping costs you nothing when you use that label.

How to Return an Item, Step by Step

1. Email us. Write to [email protected] with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
2. Wait for approval. We review your request against the conditions above.
3. Receive your instructions and label. Within 1–2 business days we send return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Send the item back. Pack it securely with its tags and packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
5. We inspect it. When your return reaches us, we check that it meets the return conditions.
6. We issue your refund. Once inspection is complete, your refund is sent to your original payment method.

When Your Refund Arrives

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after your return has been inspected, and they always go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the credit on your statement.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless a refund of shipping is required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item and, if possible, the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, a refund or another fair solution, at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking stops updating or your parcel never arrives, contact us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed until it is resolved.

Items We Can't Accept for Return

• Personalized or custom-requested items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care and hygiene items
• Items marked final sale or clearance, if offered
• Perishable goods

• This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States only.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
• We do not charge cancellation fees, and we never ask for a deposit.
