1. Who May Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order with us. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Products, Prices and Photos

• All products are offered subject to availability. We may update descriptions, prices and images at any time without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. We do our best to show colors such as oat, sage, clay and cream accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
• If a price or listing contains an error, we reserve the right to correct it. An order placed at an incorrect price may be canceled, and any payment for it will be refunded in full.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

• The item is out of stock
• Payment could not be completed or verified
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
• A pricing or listing error
• Shipping restrictions for the delivery address

If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to the original payment method.

4. Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or ships. To ask, email [email protected] with your order number as early as possible. There is no fee to cancel. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but eligible items may be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, product photos, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Meadow Air Shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or its data
• Upload or spread viruses, malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with, disrupt or damage the site or its operation
• Scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means
• Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no promises beyond those stated on our site or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meadow Air Shop from claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Wisconsin, where Meadow Air Shop operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Resolving Disputes

If a problem comes up, please email us first; most concerns can be settled with a friendly conversation. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.

Meadowandlinen sells to customers in the United States only, and our products are shipped to US addresses only.
